Q. What items can you clear?

A. We can clear most types of items including furniture, electrical equipment, fixtures and fittings, rubbish, waste and general household effects.

A. We cover Croydon, Wallington, Purley, Carshalton, Sutton, Banstead, Coulsdon, Warlingham, Beckenham, Mitcham, Streatham, Morden, Merton and Wimbledon.  Let us know where you are for a more accurate answer.

Q. How much does your service cost?

A. All our prices are determined by volume, weight, type of waste and value of items.  For this reason a quick call to our valuer/assessor is recommended.

Q. What other services do you offer?

A. We offer a full range of clearance services including part or complete house clearance including the garage, loft and shed, storage clearance, garden clearance and rubbish clearance.

Q. Are you insured to carry out the work?

A. We are insured to come and collect and dispose of any items (except items of harmful nature) from anywhere in your property. We are insured for up to £2,000,000 public liability insurance. All our vehicles are insured to carry out the job and transfer waste.

Q. Are you a licensed waste carrier?

A. Yes. We are fully licensed as a waste carrier with the Environment Agency. 

Q. Do you buy items such as furniture?

A. Yes, we do but however there is little value in second-hand furniture. We try our best to offer you a reasonable price.

Q. What are your working hours? 

A. Our working times are Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00, Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Yes, we are flexible. If there are items that need to be cleared outside these hours, then please contact us so we can arrange a suitable time.

Q. The garden is overgrown and needs to be cleared?

A. Yes, our team can clear overgrown gardens, trim hedges, mow lawns and tidy up front and rear gardens. 

Q. Does it cost anything to have a quote? 

A. No, it is completely free and with no obligation just call us.

Q. How do we donate?

A. Just specify a particular charity and we can drop the items to them.

Q. What happens to confidential documents do you shred them?

 A.  Yes

Q.  We can’t find some important documents or personal items?

A.  Just talk to us beforehand and we will do our up most to find those lost items.

Q.  We would like to keep some items from the property, can you deliver them or take them to storage?

A.  Yes, we can deliver these items, safely and securely for you.

Q.  I’m based outside the UK or miles away from the property?

A.  Yes, with email correspondence or telephone we can liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents or a trusted neighbour to view, quote and carry out the clearance for you remotely. Keys can also be sent and returned by recorded delivery or courier if and when needed.

Q.  Cleaning after a clearance, do you provide this service?

A.  Yes, after any clearance we provide a light general clean and tidy service.  We can arrange a more deep clean service if required.

Q. How can I pay?

A.  You can settle your invoice by cheque, bank transfer or cash.
